Store Policies and Shipping

I am shipping from South Lake Tahoe, California, USA.  The shipping costs shown here reflect first-class postage. I often use recycled (reused) shipping materials. This makes sense for the environment and saves us both money!

  If you prefer to have your order sent in a priority mail box, let me know and I'll adjust the price accordingly.

Returns can be made for a full refund within 90 days of purchase. If you are buying a gift and are unsure, please let me know, and I will create a gift credit for your recipient, so we can avoid expense and hassles.

In the unlikely case of damage incurred during shipping, please return the piece to me and I will repair and return it at no charge.

If a piece is damaged while wearing, I will do my best to repair it for you.  If the damage appears to be the result of defective workmanship on my part, or the failure of a clasp, etc., I will repair and return at no cost to you. If the damage appears to have come from something I could not have prevented, e.g. glass breaking when dropped, I will work with you to replace the broken component in a way that is both aesthetically pleasing and economical for you.
